April 2nd, 2020 A Message to Our Customers, We are in uncertain and unprecedented times. As the COVID-19 pandemic evolves each day, we’re evolving too. Our promise and responsibility is to provide you with safe and reliable electrical services every day. That will not change as long as were classified as an essential service. But beyond that, we know that this is a situation that will be ongoing for months, not days, and we’re committed to supporting you—to finding additional ways to serve our communities and customers, and helping to protect our most vulnerable citizens. And that means making changes in how we do business. Here are our latest updates: Providing payment options and financial assistance.

We work very closely with a financing institution and are able to provide deferred payments, equal payment plans as well as open loans. We understand that you might not be able to put those needed upgrades on hold and are here to work with you in whatever way we can. Ensuring safe conditions for our teams To keep our employees safe, our field crews and our employees are limiting contact with the public and practicing social distancing. We also have implemented high levels of hygiene and always have sanitizer on hand to quickly kill germs. We ask that the public keep our employees safe by practicing social distancing from our team members working to provide essential services.
